* Log-In to Harley-matcH^SM, members are waiting for you, Log-In!  Once you register with Harley-matcH^SM, you will be e-mailed a password that should only take a few minutes to arrive.  Once you have your new password, you should be able to log in and join the fun.

* I have my password, but I can't Log-In to Harley-matcH^SM!  When you first join, you are given a random password that may be difficult to type, or to remember. Double check to be sure you have typed it exactly, and not added any spaces. Once you login, you can change the password to something more easily remembered.

* What if I don't have a scanned photo of myself?  If you don't have a scanned photo, we have 2 ways we can help you: 

1. E-mail your photo to us @ images@harley-match.com and we will do it for you for FREE ... OR ..
   
2. You can postal mail your photo to us and (for a minimal fee of $10.00) we can upload it for you.   Mail your 1 or 2 photos (noting your membership name, etc.) with a check made payable to "Harley-matcH^SM" in the amount of $10.00 (for up to 2 photos) to:

* Where do I upload my photo (image)?  Normally, you can go to "My Profile" then click on "Edit My Image". As long as you are logged on, you can click on the words "Edit My Image" to go there now.

*or we have 2 alternative ways we can help you upload your photo:

* If I want to upload my own photo, which size, format and resolution should my submitted digital photo be?   Photos must be sent in .jpg format, and should be approximately 150 pixels wide X 170 pixels in height, at 72 dpi resolution, and no more than 100K in file size.  

Digital photos may be cropped (sized) to those specifications, or otherwise edited by Harley-matcH^SM personnel.  

For the Do-It-Yourselfer, try downloading a free trial version of PaintShop Pro or go to the free service (online) @ http://www.spinwave.com/crunchers.html to optimize your photograph.

You can upload your photo (image) up to your Profile at "Edit My Image".

Harley-matcH^SM has chosen to work with PayPal to assure the highest degree of safety on the web. If you already have a paypal account, you can learn more about PayPal and/or verify Harley-Match ^SM's verification with PayPal if you click here. Remember, to subscribe to this website, you must choose one of the payment bars when you register or once logged into the site, not on this paypal link.

*I want to unsubscribe and cancel my future recurring billing that is part of my subscription plan, or I've met my Harley-"matcH"^SM and now I want my profile removed and or want to unsubscribe from the Harley-matcH^SM database?   How do I do that?   As a paid subscriber you would unsubscribe through your paypal account using your paypal login membername and password that you have. You must go to your paypal account to unsubscribe as this is where you initiated your subscription. Your paypal account is the only place to cancel recurring billing. If you are unsure how to, thier are instructions on the "My Billing" link on the Harley-matcH website on your welcome page after your login.

If you are a non-subscriber, you may email us at   E-mail Harley-matcH^SM remove profile and request that your profile be removed.

If unsubscribing, you must do so before your next billing cycle to avoid future billing as Harley-matcH has recurring billing that you signed up for with your paypal account. Harley-matcH offers no refunds once a billing cycle commences. To cancel/unsubscribe from your next billing cycle, Go to the paypal website, click here and enter your paypal email address and password for your paypal account and you may cancel future billing for your subscription.
